We typically ship within 3 business days from when your order is received. We ship via UPS or FedEx.
At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders can be requested through email.

CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 business day of your order placement.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.

RETURNS

** Pet carriers and pet toys cannot be returned for sanitary reasons, please
     measure your pet or email us to confirm a proper fit prior to ordering.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only available on mis-sent orders or damaged/defective items and items must be new and unused . If this has occurred,
please email us. If you would like to return your item and desire a new item, please place a new order and make a return.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us so that we can make corrections.
